About the School

We believe that arts education is a fundamental part of a well-rounded school experience. Every student has a chance to perform in a music showcase twice a year, and Sandersville has a traveling chorus that performs throughout the community. We also focus on individual students' needs by offering programs and clubs such as Chorus, Art Club, an FCPS Elementary League Basketball and Cheerleading Team, Healthy Hearts Club, Chess Club, Academic Challenge Team, STEM Club, Sharks on the Run, and a Recycling Team. Our students also participate in community service activities such as God's Pantry food drives.

In addition, we have developed partnerships with several local colleges including the University of Kentucky and Georgetown College.
